SEVEN PRINCIPLES (7P) is a new member of our innovation ecosystem since September. As a reliable partner for innovative IT solutions, 7P supports companies in their digital transformation and tailor solutions and intelligent products that make companies not only more sustainable, but also more digital. As part of their membership in IPAI, we had the opportunity to speak to CEO Dr. Michael Pesch in advance and ask what his ideas and wishes are for their participation with IPAI, and what and why we are the right partner for 7P’ transformational journey.
IPAI: Since you already support and advise your customers with innovative IT solutions, AI is certainly no longer new territory for you. Where do you see the most added value in the use of AI, and what are your expectations of a profitable collaboration with the IPAI community?
Michael Pesch: We see the most significant value in using AI to improve efficiency and productivity in our operations and for our customers. Through our collaboration with the IPAI community, we expect to engage in a dynamic exchange of ideas and best practices that will take our projects to new levels of innovation. We are eager to explore new opportunities, co-develop groundbreaking solutions with fellow members, and contribute to the advancement of AI applications within the industry. By actively participating in community initiatives, we aim to shape the future of AI together and establish sustainable partnerships that benefit all stakeholders.
It sounds like you already have very clear and ambitious goals. What is your vision for the use of AI?
Our vision for the use of AI focuses on transformative change in three key areas. Firstly, in the public sector, we aim to enhance digitalization and improve civil services by making them more efficient and citizen-centric through AI solutions. Secondly, our goal is to revolutionize software development by integrating AI and Generative AI into every aspect, fundamentally changing the way software is built and accelerating innovation. Thirdly, in the financial sector, we are focused on easing the burden of regulatory compliance by implementing AI-driven solutions that automate complex processes. By focusing on these areas, we intend to lead advancements that benefit our company, society, and the industries we serve.
Where do you see the best starting points for this in our community, and what were your main reasons for joining our ecosystem now?
Our main reasons for joining IPAI now are twofold. One is our recognition that the pace of AI innovation is accelerating. Being part of a dynamic community like IPAI allows us to stay at the forefront of these advancements. We are also driven by a desire to contribute our expertise and learn from others in order to create effective, sustainable change. IPAI’s commitment to fostering collaboration and sharing diverse perspectives aligns perfectly with our goals. Together, we can push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI, making a positive difference for both our organizations and society as a whole.

It’s all about active exchange, especially between people, experts, and insights into different perspectives. As you know, the term “Human AI” is extremely central to us. What does it mean to you?
To us, ‘Human AI’ signifies the integration of advanced AI technologies with a deep understanding of human needs and ethics. It’s about creating solutions that are efficient and empathetic, ensuring that AI serves society responsibly.
