We plan to produce recordings of the meeting directly via Google Meet. In addition to your first and last name, your screen and video will also be recorded, if activated. When you speak, your audio will be recorded. Your consent is required for this purpose. If you do not wish to give your consent, this will not adversely affect your employment relationship or your contractual relationship with us in any way.
IMPORTANT!
By clicking on “Register now” and confirming the date, as well as activating screen sharing, the microphone and the camera, I consent to being recorded in Google Meet for the purpose of subsequently providing the content within the IPAI community in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for a storage period of 12 months. You may withdraw your consent at any time with prospective effect; please send your objection to: community@ip.ai. If you withdraw your consent, the Photos and Videos and Personal Details will be deleted immediately. Any such withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to receiving the notice of withdrawal. Where necessary, your Photos and Videos and Personal Details may be disclosed to meeting participants and companies of Schwarz Group. To the extent that the Photos and Videos/statements/Personal Details indicate my ethnic background, religion or state of health (e.g., skin color, head coverings or glasses) my consent also applies to these Photos and Videos/statements/Personal Details pursuant to Article 9(2)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation GDPR. I furthermore explicitly consent in accordance with Article 49(1)(a) GDPR to the fact that this may also involve transfers to bodies outside the EU/EEA that do not ensure an adequate level of data protection within the meaning of the GDPR. I am aware of the associated risks such as the inability to enforce the rights of data subjects and potential access by government authorities.
Note: If you do not wish to be recorded, the video of the meeting will be made available to you. In no event are you required to consent to the processing of your data.
